Chilton wins Indy Lights pole
Max Chilton led a Carlin 1-2 in winning pole for today's Indy Lights presented by Cooper Tires Indy Lights 115 at Iowa Speedway. Ed Jones was 0.0215s behind Chilton with championship leader Jack Harvey leading the Schmidt Peterson Motorsports foursome in positions 3-6.
The pole was the first for the F1 veteran since coming to Indy Lights in 2015. The green flag for today's race is scheduled for 5:20 p.m. local time.
