Austin Dillon On Xfinity Pole at Charlotte

Austin Dillon won the pole for today's Hisense 300 NASCAR Xfinity Series race at Charlotte Motor Speedway.

Dillon topped the third and final round of qualifying with a fast lap of 29.250 seconds (184.615 mph), beating out Darrell Wallace, Jr. and Brian Scott to collect his fourth pole of the season and 14th of his career. Denny Hamlin was fourth, followed by Kyle Larson.

Dillon, the 2013 Xfinity Series Champion, is one of 10 drivers attempting to run both NASCAR races here this weekend, a total of 900 miles of racing.
