Potential Rain Threatens NASCAR Sprint Cup Race In Richmond (Update)

UPDATE The Richmond area forecast looks rainy for Saturday afternoon and evening into Sunday. According to the National Weather Service, there is an 80% chance of rain Saturday and a 60% chance on Sunday, until around 2:00pm/et. After that, the weather clears up.

04/24/15 The possibility of rain Saturday "could foil the plans of tens of thousands who have tickets" to the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Toyota Owners 400 at Richmond Int'l Raceway. The race is scheduled for a 7:00pm ET start time, but the National Weather Service is forecasting a 60% chance of "evening showers, which could delay the race."
