Late afternoon update from St. Petersburg (Update)

UPDATE The 2nd session for the Indycars is over and no one went out on the wet track. New aero kit parts are in short supply and no one was going to risk it. The times would have been meaningless anyway since the rest of the weekend should be dry.

03/27/15 The second practice session still has not started as officials attempt to dry the track. The rain has stopped but the skies are still threatening.
