Hendrick Motorsports pit coach leaves sport

A pit coach working with the crews of Jimmie Johnson and Dale Earnhardt Jr. will be leaving Hendrick Motorsports at the end of January, according to a report.

Pittalks.com first reported that Greg Morin will leave Hendrick Motorsports to pursue other interests outside the sport. Morin's departure comes less than a year after Lance Munksgard left Hendrick Motorsports as a pit coach to join his family's business.
