ESPN Cancels “NASCAR Now,” Which Began Airing Daily in ’07

ESPN has canceled "NASCAR Now," the daily studio show that launched in '07 and was the "first program on ESPN devoted strictly to NASCAR." ESPN Associate Dir of Communications Andy Hall said the net "just decided to make a change in the programming schedule."

ESPN will not be a NASCAR rights holder beyond '14 "as Fox and NBC takeover the entire schedule." But Hall said the move was "totally unrelated to our telecast of NASCAR races" motorsport.com
