After narrowly missing making the Firestone Fast Six the past two races at Mid-Ohio and Sonoma, Justin Wilson finally got over the hump Saturday afternoon and laid down a 1 minute, 18.8968 seconds lap time to put his No. 19 Boy Scouts of America Honda on the outside of Row 2 for Sunday’s Grand Prix of Baltimore presented by SRT on the 2.04-mile, 12-turn street circuit.

"I was very pleased with our qualifying performance today and it was nice to finally make the Firestone Fast Six after being so close the past two weekends," said Justin Wilson. “We improved a few tenths on our time in the last run on the red alternate tires. I am looking forward to the race tomorrow and hopefully bringing home another podium finish for the No. 19 Boy Scouts of America car."

Justin is coming off a second place finish last weekend at Sonoma and is looking to improve on his seventh place in the IZOD IndyCar Series Championship point standings.

Justin’s younger brother Stefan Wilson, who is making his IZOD IndyCar Series debut this weekend, put up an impressive lap time on a track that most IndyCar drivers rate as the toughest track in the series to drive on. His No. 18 Nirvana Tea Honda will start 23rd on the grid Sunday afternoon.

"I have learned a lot each session that I have been out on the track," said Stefan Wilson. “I have maybe logged about 2 1/2 hours in the car so I try to keep that in mind when look at my lap times. I am getting some great IndyCar experience under my belt this weekend after not getting any time in the car really before this. I am treating this as a learning weekend."
