Hunter-Reay tops opening IndyCar practice in St. Pete
Defending IndyCar series champion, Ryan Hunter-Reay is out to prove his win last year was no fluke. he came out swinging Friday morning to put his white and yellow Dallara, Chevrolet at the top of the charts.
Two of his Andretti Autosport teammates, James Hinchcliffe and EJ Viso were 2nd and 5th. Will Power was third and Tony Kanaan rounded out the top-5.
