Webber loses point with post-race penalty

Mark Webber has been penalized following the Singapore GP, dropping out of the points for overtaking Kamui Kobayashi while off the race track.

The pass came at Turn 7, Memorial Corner, when the Red Bull went through on the outside line but ran wide on the exit. The Australian did not hand the position back.

A post-race drive-through penalty translates to 20 seconds, which means Webber drops to 11th place and that Sergio Pérez scores Sauber’s only point of the weekend in tenth.
