6,000 race fans in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg can forget about the Belgian GP. The agency which sold the tickets cannot be reached any longer and police fraud departments in the Netherlands and Belgium have already started an investigation into the I-Concept company at Rotterdam.
