Krohn Racing Undertakes Testing Program for 50th Anniversary Rolex 24

Krohn Racing has launched its test program in preparation for the 50th anniversary Rolex 24 At Daytona, scheduled for January 28-29, 2012.

The Braselton, Georgia-based team will commence with a two-day test, October 25-26, at the 3.56-mile, 12-turn superspeedway road course circuit at Daytona International Speedway.

The 50th Rolex 24 is the start of the 2012 GRAND-AM Rolex Series schedule. The balance of the calendar is yet to be announced.

The Krohn Racing team will be unavailable to attend the official November GRAND-AM test due to its travel schedule en route back from the Intercontinental Le Mans Cup race in Zhuhai, China, the finale of the 2011 ILMC series. They are scheduled to participate in both the December and January Rolex 24 test sessions.

Krohn Racing is willing to share the October 25-26 private two days of testing with other GRAND-AM teams. Please contact Krohn Racing Motorsports Manager Jeff Hazell for additional information.
