Hulkenberg happy with extra mileage ahead of 2010

Nico Hulkenberg was the only driver in Jerez this week who is currently signed up by a Formula 1 team to race in 2010. The 22-year-old joined the Williams team for two days of testing at Jerez in order to get used to the F1 car again and work on the set-up of the car ahead of the 2010 Formula 1 season. Speaking about his two-day test with the team Hulkenberg said: "We've had two positive days at Jerez. It was good for me to get back in the car and get some laps in before next year. I covered a lot of mileage, which I was pleased about, and I got used to driving the F1 car quite quickly, which I wasn't really expecting as it's been quite a long time since my last outing. The car felt good and we fitted in a lot of set-up work, so I'm happy with the two days."
