Stewart: Boring Stock cars not made for IMS

"I thought it was a boring race. To me, it was single file. There were a couple guys that passed. The 48 (Jimmie Johnson), it seemed like it took him pretty much the whole race to get up to the front.

"Better racing than last year, but not good racing. A decent points day for us. We gained on three (drivers) and probably lost on three (others). We're just keeping our head above water. That's what we're doing with the Haas Automation Chevrolet.

"(Indianapolis Motor Speedway) is just flat and it's fast. Our race cars aren't made for that. Our race cars aren't designed for that. They designed this race car to put it on a high banked racetrack, and although it works here, it just doesn't put on a great race. I'm done, man." Indy Star
