Giancarlo Vilarinho signs with Eurointernational
Giancarlo is on his second season for the F BMW series and has had 3 podium finishes last year.
Having been driving since the age of 9 in karts, Giancarlo impressed the Team owner Antonio Ferrari on several occasions last season" Gian is a very a mature driver for a 16 year old " said Antonio after the 2nd position at the Montreal GP support race last season.
Giancarlo is coached by Paulo Carcasci, who has experience with drivers in F1, has also mentioned about Gain’s improvement during last season" Vilarinho has achieved on his finest drives Rossi’s speed, he needs now to improve on consistence"
Eurointernational’s boss Antonio Ferrari is also hoping for Giancarlo to keep the World title Rossi has brought to the team last December in Mexico City," I believe Giancarlo can be this year’s Champion of the World in F BMW if he continues to improve like he did last year" said the experienced Team owner.
Giancarlo Vilarinho will begin testing the car during the two day test at the new facilities at Palm Beach ( former Moroso ) 9 and 10 February in preparation for the first official F BMW test at the same venue a week later 16 and 17 of February .
