F1 teams shown European GP plans

Valencia street circuit

(GMM) Ten of F1's eleven teams on Wednesday were shown official plans for the inaugural Valencia street race, scheduled for August.

The teams, excluding the Japanese outfit Super Aguri which is not present at the group test in the Spanish region this week, were provided with details and given a walkthrough of the nearby street layout, which is presently under construction in the port area, by European grand prix organizers.

Construction at the venue is expected to be completed by May.

This week's formula one test is being held at Valencia's permanent venue Circuito de la Comunidad Valenciana Ricardo Tormo.
