Ferrari sales up 14% last year

Italian luxury car maker Ferrari, which is part of the Fiat group, sold 6,400 cars in 2007, 14 percent more than in 2006, Italian News Agency ANSA said on Tuesday. Operating profit accounted for 15 percent of Ferrari's turnover last year, according to figures released as the car maker presented its new prototype F430 Spider.
