Brewco Motorsports now Baker Curb Racing

Nashville businessman Gary Baker and record executive Mike Curb have officially joined forces to take over full ownership of the NASCAR Nationwide Series team formerly known as Brewco Motorsports, the team announced in a news release.

Baker originally announced his purchase of controlling interest of what is now called Baker Curb Racing in September but has now completed a total acquisition and partnership with Curb's CA Racing which is affiliated with Curb's longtime motorsports partner Cary Agajanian.

Baker formerly owned both Bristol Motor Speedway and Nashville Speedway.

"I am excited about the vision we are bringing to the NASCAR Nationwide Series and Nashville," Baker said. "I am also encouraged by my partnership with Mike Curb and all of the leadership attributes and connections he will bring to the table. We are looking forward to creating a winning professional sports team that NASCAR and the city of Nashville can be proud of."
