Jerez Day 1: Heidfeld quick on slicks
Nick Heidfeld and Jenson Button showed the way on slick tires today when they comfortably topped the testing times using the rubber at Jerez in Spain. Heidfeld's best effort was only six tenths of a second faster than McLaren's Pedro de la Rosa on grooved tires.
Champ Car driver Sebastien Bourdais in the Scuderia Toro Rosso buried his teammate Sebastian Vettel but we don't know if they were in equal equipment (setup-wise).
