Funeral services for Medlen set

Funeral services for NHRA driver Eric Medlen will be held Wednesday in Brownsburg, Ind., after a public viewing Tuesday night. Medlen, 33, died Friday at Shands at the University of Florida medical center of complications from a closed head injury incurred when his Funny Car crashed into a guardrail while testing March 19 at Gainesville (Fla.) Raceway. The six-time winner with John Force Racing and 2004's top rookie underwent surgery the next day but never regained consciousness.
