Granddaughter of NASCAR co-founder arrested

The granddaughter of NASCAR cofounder Edgar Otto was arrested on a charge of impersonating a sheriff's deputy Tuesday after she pulled over a driver on Clint Moore Road, ordered him out of his car and handcuffed him, police said. A Boca Raton police community service officer saw Rachel Lyndsee Otto, 21, stopped with two other cars in the 3000 block of Clint Moore Road at about 4 p.m. and, believing that a wreck had just occurred, pulled up, according to a police report.
