More problems for ISC

It looks like more trouble for the France family's International Speedway Corp. in its New York Speedway plans. The ISC has reportedly lost its state permits to haul fill dirt to the Staten Island track site after questions were raised during an inspection of the soil being brought in. It is unclear what possible problem there could be with the fill dirt. The EPA and Army Corps of Engineers may investigate. Winston Salem Journal
