Champ Car TV in Mexico update

Although people in Mexico can see all Champ Car races live if they have cable TV, people (the majority) who depend only on free over-the-air TV were not able to see any Champ Car races live this year – all were tape delayed, at least until this past weekend when TV Azteca aired the Toronto race live.
