Roger Penske isn't only about championships. He eyes the future of his organization and can see Ryan Blaney, a 21-year-old driver whom Penske wants to run full-time Cup next year, possibly in a mix of cars fielded by Wood Brothers and Penske personnel.

Blaney found out the true Penske a few weeks ago after Kyle Busch passed Blaney for the win on the last lap of the Xfinity Series race at Indianapolis. Penske texted him that night, and an entire group of Penske employees was part of a "pep rally" the next morning before Blaney got back behind the wheel for the Brickyard 400.

Blaney finished 12th and then won the Xfinity race the following week at Iowa. ESPN.com
