Slim field for IPS race

Just 12 cars are entered for Saturday's IRL IPS race in Nashville. As long as there is a Champ Car/IRL split and a plethora of other open wheel training series, the IPS will always be hurting car count wise. It's very expensive for a 'development' series. Hit the wall and you do major damage to the car. Development series teams simply can't afford it.
