NASCAR: Rain postpones Coke Zero 400 at Daytona until Sunday

Inclement weather forced the postponement of Saturday night’s Coke Zero Sugar 400 NASCAR Cup Series regular season finale race at Daytona International Speedway. The race has been rescheduled for tomorrow, Sunday, Aug. 28 at 10 a.m. ET.

The track’s back straight was, how shall we say it, a bit too wet.
  • Grandstand tickets for the Coke Zero Sugar 400 will be honored.
  • Parking lots will open Sunday at 7 a.m. ET with Free Parking available in Lots 3 and 6 (Lot 7 will not be open). All Saturday parking passes will be honored tomorrow.
  • Grandstand admission gates and the UNOH Fanzone open at 8 a.m.
  • Great tickets are still available for the Coke Zero Sugar 400.
  • The race will be shown LIVE on CNBC.

The Coke Zero Sugar 400 is the “last-chance” race for drivers to make the 16-driver 2022 NASCAR Cup Series Playoffs field. Kyle Larson, the reigning NASCAR Cup Series Champion, will start from the pole position.
