F1: British GP ticket prices to increase based on demand

Formula One fans were left infuriated after Silverstone claimed British Grand Prix ticket prices would rise based on demand. Organizers had posted that prices would “automatically refresh every 90 seconds” creating a frantic market for those desperate to save money.

After sell-outs in previous seasons and the ongoing cost of living crisis, fans were left furious at the decision. The statement said: “We’ll be on sale soon. When you’ll need to book fast; our prices will increase based on demand. These prices will automatically refresh every 90 seconds.”

Under Liberty Media leadership, F1 is the hottest ticket around. 400,000 attended the 2022 British GP weekend, indicating demand is extremely high.

Fans will have to open their wallets or stay home.
