Noon update from St. Pete

At 12:30 PM Eastern time the IndyCars finally made it onto the track with their new aero package, however, rain is coming. We think they will get this session done in the dry, but there is a very high chance that the 2nd practice late this afternoon will be rained out. So far the lap times are all over the place as drivers and engineers figure out the best setup with the new aero kits. Much more news later….. Mark C. reporting from St. Pete.
