MotoGP: “A pissed off Marquez may leave Honda” – Haro
–by Mark Cipolloni–
Marc Marquez could move to vastly improved and more powerful KTM because the Honda bike he rides cannot compete with the big HP advantage the Ducati bikes have.
Marquez has to ride so aggressively to compete with the Ducati bikes that he is now having many bone crushing accidents and severe injuries
The six-time MotoGP champion until the end of 2024 with Honda but threatened in his Amazon Prime Video documentary to find other routes to a championship if his bike didn’t deliver.
In other words, he will quit the Repsol Honda team and ride for an alternate factory team.
“In Spain there is talk that Marquez is angry at Honda,” claimed ex-LCR Honda sporting director Oscar Haro in this video.
“And that Red Bull is making efforts [to put him on the] bike that can win MotoGP races.”
Pedro Acosta, the Moto2 starlet, could replace Marquez at Repsol Honda, Haro claimed.
“It would be a good story,” he said.
