IndyCar: Sunday Morning Report from Road America

Good morning from Road America, where the NTT INDYCAR Series will race early afternoon today.  The temperatures will be in the low 90s, with a heat index of 100 degrees, near the start of the race.

Will the 21-year-old pole sitter hold back the series points leader, Alex Palou, today? A confident Foster is ready to run up front and defend his position for the 55-lap race today.

The heat and humidity might be a factor for all the drivers today.  It has never been this temperature for this race in the past 10 years.  With the aeroscreen making the cockpit warmer, today’s race is expected to be challenging.  Tire choice will also affect the race outcome.
