IndyCar News: Sunday Morning Report from Laguna Seca ** Update **

The  Series has just announced that if the INDY NXT by Firestone Race 2, which is delayed due to the conditions, does not get started soon, they will run that race after the Java House Grand Prix of Monterey.

Good morning from the iconic WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca,  where the NTT INDYCAR Series will run the Java House Grand Prix of Monterey today at 12:22 pm.

The fog is still lingering over the track this morning, accompanied by a fine mist.  The warmup that was scheduled for 9:00 am was run yesterday afternoon to avoid another cancellation, similar to Practice 2 yesterday morning.

The weather changes drastically here during the day.  The sun is expected to be out for the race, with temperatures in the upper 60s

The race today should be more of a tire race than a fuel race.  The drivers are never sure how long the alternate tires will last in race mode.
