Jeff Horton to be replaced by IndyCar

IndyCar Director of Engineering Jeff Horton has left the series (or was he axed?) and IndyCar is currently looking for a replacement.

He spearheaded to first windscreen that IndyCar tried, but without a Halo behind it, it was not strong enough and was later replaced by the Red Bull designed Halo plus Windscreen.
