Anheuser-Busch prepares bid to buy rival Miller

The maker of Budweiser beer wants to buy the maker of Miller Lite.

Anheuser-Busch Inbev NV is preparing a bid to buy its rival SABMiller, according to news reports.

If the deal goes through, it would create a massive beer conglomerate of some of the most well-known beers, including Budweiser, Coors Light, Corona and Miller.
