We may yet have bumping at Indy this year

There is a rumor circulating here in the Indy paddock that Michael Andretti and Honda are so pleased with EJ Visio that if James Hinchcliffe is cleared to drive by Saturday and funding can be obtained that Andretti Autosport would consider a sixth car on Sunday. The pit crew would consist of mechanics from Michaels other series.

If this rumor is true and it happens, Viso would be the 34th driver to attempt to qualify and we would see at least one driver bumped. this would place added pressure on James Davison who is running a partial program with limited running time. He was hoping to be assured a spot in the 500. He would have to earn it if this rumor comes to fruition.
