Was there a security breach at Mercedes or Ferrari?

If you look at the side-by-side comparison of the new Mercedes W05 and the Ferrari F14 T you see a remarkable likeness between the two cars. Did someone from one factory leak details to the other? With the F1 rules being so radically different this year, to see the two cars so similar right out of the box makes you wonder.
