Did Wheldon’s death end Scheckter’s career?

Tomas Scheckter was known to be fast but he crashed quite a bit. After Dan Wheldon's death it is rumored that his father Jody said enough with racing IndyCars in death pack racing. So Tomas Scheckter joined his father's Laverstoke Park Farm. He was made a company director this year. Tomas and Jody incorporated another company in February, Laverstoke Park Mill Limited.
