IndyCar back to Chicago?

Keep hearing Chicagoland is making a big push to bring IndyCar back but I’d much rather see MIS instead – it would draw better than Joliet…. Robin Miller Speedtv.com

Prediction: Either venue will have a massive number of empty seats and paint IndyCar as a big loser, turning off fans and sponsors. Everyone loves a winner. Success breeds success. Fans who attend 'loser' events never return. Fans who attend events like Long Beach, Indy or any F1 race come away feeling they just were part of something special……and therefore return every year. IndyCar needs to build on success. As Einstein said, Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. Fontana is a clear example. IndyCar went back and made themselves look like losers. You can shoot a cannon in those grandstands and not hit anyone. Mark C., AR1.com
