No Montreal for IndyCar?

While IndyCar appears to have momentum in Canada, IndyCar CEO Randy Bernard said he's not interested in putting additional races there. He wants to grow Toronto and Edmonton first.

All the 2011 tracks are expected to return next year with the exception of Motegi, which previously announced its final race, and probably Milwaukee. A second race in Brazil and the return of Auto Club Speedway in Fontana, Calif., are planned, leaving little room next year for growth.

"We can only take two or three new places next year," Bernard said.

Chicagoland Speedway, an oval track, and street races in Houston and Mexico City are among the events considered frontrunners. Indy Star
