THE Liqui-Moly Bathurst 12 Hour expands to a four-day event for the first time in 2019.

An extra day of on-track action – on Thursday, 31 January – has been added to the already confirmed 1-3 February date for Australia’s International Endurance event.

Additional Bathurst 12 Hour practice sessions will increase the level of preparation for teams and drivers from both Australia and overseas, while the additional day will also allow for a fourth support category to be added to the program, increasing the variety for fans attending the event.

Tickets for the 2019 event are now on sale.

“Adding a fourth day was the next natural step in the evolution of the Liqui-Moly Bathurst 12 Hour," said Event Director, Kurt Sakzewski.

“Any extra laps at Bathurst are priceless. Adding more track time will allow teams and drivers, especially our international contingent, more time to learn the circuit and its challenges, ultimately making for a better Sunday race.

“It also enables us to add a fourth support category which will give spectators and those watching online and on television more action and bang-for-their-buck."

Early-bird ticket prices are now available and will be held at 2018 levels until Wednesday 27 June.

Grandstand tickets on pit straight start at just $70.00 (Uncovered stand S8, concession), while the popular covered stand on pit straight will also return, with great views of pit lane, turn one and super screens all protected from the elements.

The 2019 event will offer three days of corporate experiences to cater to any budget, featuring the premium Veuve Clicquot Lounge directly above the team garages on pit straight with free-flowing French Champagne and an in-suite chef. There is also the fully-catered 12 Hour Club located on the pit roof with race simulators and prizing.

Four-day trackside tickets start at $60.00 for Adults or $40.00 for concession. Sunday-only access remains just $30.00 for an adult ticket if purchased online during the early bird period.

Introduced for the first time in 2018, the popular Pit Lane walk will return with tickets again priced at just $20.00 for this exclusive, ‘access all areas’ look behind the scenes.

All grandstand and trackside tickets will continue to include free paddock access to patrons.

VIP Parking is also available and priced at $40.00 for four days.

Campground sales are now available. Campsites, in the paddock, Reid & Sulman and McPhillamy sites are priced at just $90.00 if purchased prior to Wednesday, 27 June 2018.

Demand for camping is expected to once again be high, with the Paddock and McPhillamy Park campgrounds selling out in record time prior to the 2018 event. Fans are encouraged to book online quickly to secure their place trackside.

Tickets can be purchased via Ticketek, with access via the Liqui-Moly Bathurst 12 Hour website – www.bathurst12hour.com.au
