NASCAR Cup start moved up 1-hour

NASCAR has announced the start time of Sunday's Food City 500 at Bristol Motor Speedway has been moved up one hour, to 1 p.m. ET, due to possible rain.

Rain and thunderstorms are expected to hit the Bristol area throughout Sunday. The original green flag time for the eighth race of the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series season was slated for 2:13 p.m. ET.
