NASCAR secretly running series in Mexico

Did you know that NASCAR is spending a "fortune'' in Mexico developing a 14-race stock car series run by Chad Little? It is the France family's way of developing a grassroots following for NASCAR before they bring a Nextel Cup race to Mexico. Within the next 10 years Mexico too will be a NASCAR-only nation because open wheel racing is making no such similar investment.
