08/03/17 The paint scheme for Dale Earnhardt Jr.'s final race as a full-time NASCAR driver was unveiled last night on QVC, and the design "harkens to Earnhardt Jr.'s 1999 Cup debut."

The design will be on the No. 88 for the Nov. 19 Ford Ecoboost 400 at Homestead-Miami Speedway.

Earnhardt said, "It came together really quick. … I read through Twitter. Everyone who has any particular comment about this unveil or knows about this particular unveil seems to want this car and hopes it’s this car."

The scheme is "modeled after the Budweiser car he drove when he first got to the Cup Series."
