IRL exec resigns, headed to Champ Car?

Bill Long, the IRL's vice president of marketing, resigned his position. We had heard that Champ Car was talking to some people in the IRL. Was Long one of them? Will Wilson, Champ Car's head of marketing is spread pretty thin, and we would not be surprised to see him get some help. Being a global series requires a lot of travel to market properly, something not possible for just one person to do it well alone.
