Austin Dyne forms AD Racing
“I’m stoked to be back in Red Bull GRC with my own team this year," Dyne said. “The past two years have been a great learning experience for me, and we’ve had a lot of success so far. This year, we’ve got our eyes set on the prize: podiums, wins, and the Supercar championship. I can’t wait to get started in Phoenix!"
Dyne’s versatile racing talent has taken him to success in various forms of racing, including the 2012 K&N West Series Rookie of the Year title. He made the switch to rallycross in 2013 with a GRC Lites program, earning a podium in only his second race, before stepping up to a Supercar two years ago and starting the year with eight consecutive main event appearances.
Dyne spent most of the 2015 Red Bull GRC season in the top five in Supercar points, well within the hunt for the series championship. He earned his first Supercar podium at Daytona International Speedway in a photo finish, and took his first pole position later in the year in Barbados.
