DHL Rejoins Milwaukee IndyFest

DHL will return as the Official Express and Logistics Provider of the ABC Supply Co. Inc. Wisconsin 250 at Milwaukee IndyFest Presented by the Metro Milwaukee Honda Dealers. The world's leading international express services provider will cap off its major sponsorship of the two day festival of IndyCar racing and entertainment by delivering the winner's trophy to the A.J. Foyt Victory Lane after the checkered flag falls on the afternoon of Sunday, August 17.

"We're thrilled to work again with Michael Andretti and team to help keep the Milwaukee Mile's legacy alive and bring a fantastic experience to racing fans in the area," said Christine Nashick, Chief Customer Officer for DHL Express. In 2012 and 2013, DHL delivered the Milwaukee IndyFest winner's trophy to a familiar face in three-time Milwaukee Mile winner Ryan Hunter-Reay. While the DHL-sponsored Andretti Autosport driver will hope to accept another DHL delivery in the Milwaukee victory lane, at least 20 other Verizon IndyCar drivers will be vying for the honor of receiving the same special package.

DHL will also deliver a unique spectacle to race fans during the pre-race ceremony, lapping the world's oldest operating motor speedway in a DHL delivery truck.

"We are once again very excited to have the victory celebration delivered by DHL to Milwaukee IndyFest," said Kevin Healy-General Manager, Milwaukee IndyFest. "The special DHL delivery of the ABC Supply Co. Inc. Wisconsin 250 Presented by the Metro Milwaukee Honda Dealers winner's trophy to victory lane is quickly becoming a tradition at The Mile, adding to the already storied history of this great track and event."
