NeXovation To Buy Nashville Superspeedway From Dover Motorsports

NeXovation today announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Nashville Superspeedway from Dover Motorsports. The company will acquire the track and related assets for $27M from Dover and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Nashville Speedway USA. Closing is expected to take place in Q3 '14.
