Vettel tops final practice in Austin

Red Bull was again 1-2 in final practice for the USGP in Austin. Sebastian Vettel set the benchmark of 1m36.733s despite quitting early and despite being held up by a slower car on his fast lap.

Mark Webber was second to Vettel with a time of 1m36.936s.

Lewis Hamilton climbed up to third with an improved time of 1m37.064s. He ended up 0.331s off the leading pair.

Romain Grosjean put in a late 1m37.345s to go fifth ahead of Nico Hulkenberg.
