Fog delays start of USGP practice

Fog in Austin, Texas has delayed the start of practice for the USGP, but cars are now on track 9:40 Central time). The session has been shortened to 60 minutes.

American Alexander Rossi is on track with the backmarker Caterham team helping to clean the track of dust for the faster afternoon session.
