Belgian GP: Practice 2 a total washout

Heavy rain all day in the Ardennes meant there was very little running on the Spa-Francorchamps track. The morning practice was very wet but almost all drivers set times. In the afternoon all the teams opted to spend most of the time in their garages because the rain was so hard. Some times were set. There is a more promising forecast for the rest of the weekend, so few saw any point in risking damage by running hard on the saturated track on Friday afternoon.
