Pirelli returns Jaime Alguersuari to F1

By the time Jaime Alguersuari got the unattended news that he was not going to be a driver in the 2012 FIA Formula One Championship it was almost impossible to imagine that he was going to be behind the wheel of a F1 car in the current Season.

Six months later , Pirelli returns Jaime to the Wheel of the 2010 Renault R30. Robert Kubica finished 8th overall in the F1 World Championship.

Pirelli’s confidence in the 22 young Spaniard Pirelli will allow Alguersuari to start his development task in F1 for 2012 and 2013, which first step will be the next test in Jerez, from the 7th to the 9th of May, driving a Formula One car in a exhaustive way.

The aim is to test new compounds for Pirelli, an Italian form that has made a revolution in the Formula One Championship bringing a thrilling show, very unusual to the date in the Championship.
