Dixon tops 2nd IndyCar practice in Kentucky

Ganassi Racing's Scott Dixon turned a lap of 219.633 mph to again top IndyCar practice on the 1.5-mile oval. This time Ryan Hunter-Reay was 2nd for the Andretti team and Ed Carpenter was third.

Dario Franchitti and Marco Andretti rounded out the top-5 and the entire field was within 0.5s which is what you get with a spec series and 100% throttle racing.

Up next is qualifying at 6 PM.
